Noelle is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. As the Technology & Operations Manager, she oversees the people and processes that keep LG firing on all cylinders, making sure no detail gets overlooked. From onboarding new team members to handling day-to-day operations, Noelle is the go-to person for keeping everything organized and running efficiently.
Her journey started at Brookdale Community College, where she earned her associate degree before transferring to Monmouth University to complete her bachelor’s in Communications with a minor in Public Relations and Journalism. With a strong background in communication and a talent for problem-solving, she ensures the team has everything they need to succeed.
When she’s not keeping things in check at work, Noelle loves spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Mocha. Her favorite way to unwind? Escaping to her family’s home in Costa Rica, where she can soak in the sun, relax, and recharge before tackling whatever comes next.
