Kaitlin is the kind of person who keeps things running behind the scenes while making sure everything looks effortless in front of the camera. With a degree in Public Relations from Kean University and currently working toward her MBA in Marketing at William Paterson University, she’s always looking for new ways to tell great stories and build connections.
As Communications & Brand Manager, Kaitlin does a little bit of everything—scheduling top-notch podcast guests, filming daily office content, and capturing behind-the-scenes moments (which usually means chasing Aaron around with a camera). She helps shape the brand’s voice, keeps social media fresh and engaging, and makes sure no good idea goes to waste. Whether she’s brainstorming creative campaigns, crafting messaging, or making sure the latest video hits just right, she’s all about bringing the brand to life in a fun, authentic way.
When she’s not working, you’ll probably find Kaitlin out on the boat, enjoying long days on the water that somehow turn into late nights with friends. And no matter what she’s up to, her dog Willow is never far behind, ready for the next adventure.
