Jay is the friendly voice you’ll hear answering the phone and making sure everything runs smoothly on the commercial insurance side. As a Client Success Coordinator, he’s responsible for answering calls, directing inquiries, assisting with payments, and helping clients with all their insurance needs. His goal is to ensure that every client’s experience is seamless and that they receive the support they need, whether it’s answering a quick question or resolving a more complex issue.

Originally from the UK, Jay moved to the US and earned his degree from William Paterson University. Outside of his work in client success, Jay is passionate about staying active. He’s an avid soccer player and enjoys any kind of workout or sports activity. He also runs a small online group fitness business, leading Zoom classes from his home gym.

When he’s not working or coaching fitness classes, Jay enjoys spending time with his little Yorkie, Sunny, who’s always by his side. Whether he’s helping clients, working up a sweat, or hanging out with Sunny, Jay is all about staying active and engaged in everything he does.
