Aaron Levine is the Founder and CEO of LG Insurance, where he blends strategic insight with a service-first mindset to deliver tailored insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Syracuse University (Class of 2002), where he was active in Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and an MBA from Monmouth University (2008), Aaron brings both academic rigor and real-world expertise to his work.
A natural problem solver and relationship builder, Aaron launched LG Insurance to take a consultative approach to coverage—offering everything from business and group insurance to personal, cyber, and professional liability, as well as life and workers compensation policies. His mission: to simplify the complex, reduce risk, and deliver peace of mind.
Aaron comes from a proud legacy of small business leadership. His family has operated the iconic WindMill Restaurant franchise for over 35 years and has remained deeply philanthropic across the Long Branch area. That same dedication to community drives Aaron’s involvement—he sits and has been a leader on various community and charitable boards of directors.
Aaron is also the host of The Who You Work With Matters Podcast, where he explores the intersection of business, leadership, and relationships—proving that who you surround yourself with is just as important as what you do.
